mixed feelings about my stay
slow service limited breakfast
the hotel staff were helpful during my time here. the housekeeping was also of a good standard.
I experienced some frustrating issues . firstly, the front desk service was slow, both at check-in and check-out. additionally, i found that the breakfast lacked variety. The options were very limited compared with what i expect.

stale odour wet beds
location was convenient and several restaurants are close.
my room smelled like cooking, thats not great. the corridor also had a stale odour, not inviting. condensation.

The room service was very quick I appreciated that. The restaurant staff worked hard to meet customer needs. The hotel staff was polite and helpful.
The breakfast variety was not great I noticed that. The food quality could improve. They did not clean the room well one day I saw crumbs on the chair.

daily water delicious omelets effective air conditioning
The hotel provided complimentary bottled water daily , WHICH WAS EXCELLENT. A chef prepared DELICIOUS omelets at breakfast , AND IT WAS A HIGHLIGHT. The air conditioning worked WELL , which was very IMPORTANT.

clean room helpful staff great breakfast convenient location
I found the room very clean and spacious. The staff were always kind and ready to help with anything I needed. I particularly appreciated the variety offered at breakfast (especially the fresh pastries!). The location was convenient. I could easily get a taxi with help from the hotel staff.
The gym equipment could use a bit of updating.
